We partner only with government-registered courier companies to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.

Order Confirmation & Payment

All orders must be paid in advance for secure and hassle-free processing.
If you receive a parcel that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer service team right away for assistance.

Dispatch Timings

• Orders confirmed before 05:00 PM (PST) are prepared and handed over to the courier the same day.

• Orders placed after 05:00 PM are shipped on the next working day.

• Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Duration

• Main Cities: 3–4 working days
  

• Smaller towns or rural locations: 4–6 working days

   

• Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or official holidays.

During high-demand periods such as sales, Eid seasons, or special promotions, deliveries may experience minor delays. Our team will keep you informed if this occurs.

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order in real time through our courier partner’s online tracking system.
