• Must be returned in their original packaging

• Return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of purchase

📦 How to Return or Exchange an Item

Attach Your Invoice
Please include a copy of your original invoice and mention the reason for the return or exchange.

Send Through a Traceable Service
Products must be shipped back using a courier or registered post. We recommend using a trackable method.

Customer Covers Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
